The sitting, not advice to deal
Tuition is educational. Nothing said in a sitting, on a marked sheet, or in a follow-up note is an invitation to buy or sell any instrument, nor personalised investment advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions after you leave the room. We do not manage money, issue signals, or hold client funds beyond deposits for tuition.
Booking and payment
A group seat is held when we confirm it in writing and a 25 percent deposit has arrived. Private windows are confirmed when the full fee has arrived at least five working days before the date. Fees are as described on the fees page at the time of confirmation. We will not begin a sitting until the relevant payment has cleared.
Your materials
You warrant that charts you send for a private review are yours to share. We may keep copies for the period described in the privacy notice in order to teach that sitting. We will not publish your sheets without your written permission.
Intellectual property
The wall-canvas method, printed session sheets designed by Web Canvas Point, journal articles on this site, and Rhys Cadogan’s spoken explanations remain our intellectual property. You may keep your annotated copy from a sitting for personal study. You may not copy the sheets for a class of your own, resell the morning, or record the sitting without prior written consent.
Conduct in the room and on video
We may ask anyone who talks over an open candle, films other students, or persists in requesting trade calls to leave the remainder of the window. In that case the unused portion of the fee is handled under the refund policy. Video seats must not share the call with extra unnamed viewers.
Liability
We take care over the sheets we print and the clock we sit. We do not accept liability for trading losses, missed prices, or decisions you make after a sitting. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. For other losses our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the sitting that gave rise to the claim.
Cancellation by us
If illness, a market holiday, or a problem with the Kent Street room means we cannot run a sitting, we will offer a new date or a refund of sums paid for that sitting. We are not liable for your travel costs beyond that refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. The practice is based in Wales; that fact does not change the governing law stated here.
Changes
We may update these terms for later bookings. The terms sent with your confirmation apply to that sitting. Questions: info@webcanvaspoint.digital.
